Cecilia Orr MBE

Congratulations to Cecilia Orr who received her Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) from HRH The Duke of Cambridge at Buckingham Palace on 11th November 2016. Cecilia was awarded her MBE on the Queens 90th Birthday honours list in 2016 for her services to Highland Dancing and charity work.
