RSOBHD Adjudicator and Independent Member Frances Paterson was presented with flowers at the RSOBHD Board meeting on Sunday 18th September 2022, following her award of the Medal of the Order of the British Empire (BEM) in the Queen’s Birthday Honours list for services to Music and Dance Education for Young People. The Royal Scottish Official Board of Highland Dancing is deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
